Behavior Workshops
Workshops are designed to provide participants with practical knowledge and skills in the implementation of behavioral treatment methodologies. Training generally includes overviews of the principles of behavioral intervention, consequences of behaviors, and explanation of treatment techniques.
At Behavior Solutions, we provide workshops at our office to provide our community with additional resources and training to help with problem behaviors or to teach new skills. All workshops are taught by experts who will are available to answer your questions.
Workshop Topics
- How to Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (ideal for parents, teachers, support staff, psychologists, teacher’s aides who are tasked with assessing functions of behavior)
- Basic Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy Skills (ideal for staff, teachers, parents, siblings, and others who will be teaching children with autism)
- Teaching Others to Teach Children with Autism (ideal for those in charge of training others how to teach children with autism)
- Toilet Training (ideal for parents, teachers, support staff, or teacher’s aides who may be interacting with a child going through toilet training)
